A few small jobs to finish off today and this VY Clubby in for a re-tune. Before any tune its important to make sure all the basic settings like Throttle Position Sensor etc. are properly set, otherwise tuning can be a nightmare and the end result is a car that no one wants to drive. With the Higgins Race Heads finished off from yesterday and firmly bolted down to the refreshed LS1 this morning, it was time for it to go back in the Statesman in which it came from. Monday… On the hoist first thing this morning is this 300C Srt8, in for new DiFilippo headers,cats, a new aftermarket airbox and then a re-tune with the latest HP Tuners software. Lets see if we can get this Hemi purrrrrring…
